This high-quality DOC wine comes from the Banfi Winery in Tuscany, Italy, and when coupled
with these milk, dark, and white chocolates, the bitterness of the chocolates
balances out the wine's supple tannins, good acidity, and fruit aromas. The
wine's bouquet is intense, fresh, and fruity, with distinctive notes of violet,
cherry, and plum. The palate is rich with delicate length.
